GoKhata HRMS is a software platform designed to assist organizations with employee management, attendance, GPS tracking, leave management, payroll, recruitment, documents, approvals, reporting, and other HR-related processes.

While GoKhata aims to provide accurate and reliable functionality, the customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered into the system, system configurations, salary structures, attendance policies, leave rules, and other organizational settings.

Organizations using GoKhata are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable labour laws, employment regulations, tax and payroll requirements, data protection and privacy laws, and internal company policies applicable to their business and location.

GoKhata does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or employment-law advice. Any reports, calculations, alerts, or information generated by the platform should be reviewed by the organization’s authorized personnel before being used for legal, financial, payroll, or employment-related decisions.

GoKhata shall not be held liable for losses, penalties, claims, disputes, or other consequences resulting from incorrect data, improper configuration, unauthorized access, failure to follow applicable laws, or decisions made solely on the basis of information generated by the system.

By using GoKhata HRMS, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for the proper configuration, administration, security, and lawful use of the platform.
